Kirk Edwards and Dwayne Bravo struck centuries as West Indies thrashed New Zealand by 203 runs in the fifth and final one-day international to tie the series 2-2.
Looking to bounce back from heavy defeats in Queenstown and Nelson in the last two matches, the Windies put themselves in a great position by scoring 363 for four in Hamilton.
Opener Kieran Powell set the tone with 73 off 44 balls at the top of the order before Edwards, with his maiden ODI ton, and captain Bravo, with his second, powered the tourists to comfortably their biggest total of the series.
Edwards’ 123 not out came off 108 balls, including 12 fours and four sixes, while Bravo faced just 81 deliveries for his 106 and hit 12 fours and three sixes as New Zealand were made to rue their decision to put West Indies in.
That total proved far too much for the Black Caps, who lost wickets at regular intervals before being dismissed for 160 with over 20 overs unused.
Slow left-armer Nikita Miller was their tormentor-in-chief, finishing with 4-45 off, including the key wickets of Ross Taylor and Brendon McCullum.
Corey Anderson, who hit the fastest one-day international century in history in the third match in Queenstown, top-scored with 29.
However, nobody was able to build on starts as Jason Holder, Andre Russell and man of the match Bravo provided able support for Miller.
